Jerry Ross is a life-long entrepreneur who has held leadership positions with AT&T, Ohio Bell, and Goal Systems Software. He has been an active entrepreneur in Orlando for the last 20 years, launching a variety of successful enterprises. In 2007, Jerry was selected in a nationwide search to become the Executive Director of the Disney Entrepreneur Center, a public/private partnership in downtown Orlando that is home to 13 business assistance organizations which has attracted visitors from all over the globe.

Chris Patton is a graduate of University of Tennessee-Knoxville, with a major in Communications. In his 10 years career as Journalist and Copy Writer he has contributed to the success of many events and organizations. Chris was instrumental in "getting the word out" to local media outlets and helped spread the word about the Day 1 event.

Theresa joined the SBDC at UCF just in time to support the implementation and planning of the Day 1 event. Her contribution to the planning, administration, record keeping, marketing and execution provided the foundation and necessary structure for Day-1's "logistical" success. Theresa's diligence, committment to excellence and attention to detail has earned her a seat on the BOSS' Board of Directors, where she now serves as its Secretary.

Cary joined BOSS to represent Dottie Keedy when a promotion and increase in job duties made it difficult for her to participate directly in Day 2 planning. Cary came aboard without "missing a beat" and immediately became a driving force in the teams planning and progress! With a Master in Business Administration in Marketing from Rollins College Cary's professionalism, experience and pragmatic approach to problem solving further strengthened the BOSS team.

Cary is currently a Board Member at BOSS.
